As CEO and President of VPA Public Claims Adjusting, a Gavnat company, Jack leads a team dedicated to representing policyholders with integrity, precision, and unmatched experience in complex property insurance claims. Jack’s successfully overseen hundreds of large-loss and high-value claims, helping clients secure fair and timely settlements. In addition to his work at VPA, he proudly serves as Chairman of the Board for United Claims Professionals, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing standards, education, and collaboration within the restoration and claims industry. Previously, he served as Vice President at Skipton and Associates, Inc., where he sharpened his expertise in public adjusting and strategic operations. Jack holds a degree in Political Science and Communications from Indiana University Bloomington, equipping him with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Driven by experience and purpose, Jack remains committed to elevating our profession and delivering results that matter.
