As a growth-oriented sales executive, Adam builds leadership benches, installs operating systems and KPIs, and drives consistent execution across locations. While scaling organizations through sales & business development, Adam maintains a strong focus on culture, accountability, and talent development that translates strategy into performance. His background in high-volume property claims in the role of both contractor and licensed public insurance adjuster (separately) has uniquely prepared him to lead Gavnat’s growth strategy as an enterprise.
