We recently worked with GavNat through our roofing contractor to navigate the insurance process for a full roof replacement. We recently worked with Gavnat & Associates after a hailstorm damaged our roof, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. As someone who works in real estate, I’m familiar with insurance policies and the challenges that come with getting a full roof replacement approved; especially since my policy was about to renew into one that would have excluded most roofing coverage for hail. The timing and expertise mattered, and Gavnat delivered.

Zach Boyer, our public adjuster, was outstanding from start to finish. His attention to detail, communication, and knowledge of both construction and policy language made all the difference. He identified damage the carrier initially overlooked, handled every step of the claims process, and ultimately secured approval for a full roof replacement before my policy changed. This team is amazing and always ontop of any issues you have they were able to get my insurance company to pay out after they denied my claim and saved me so much money they are life savers anyone who has had a claim denied by their insurance should reach out they definitely have your best interest in mind and are always available and hop right on issues as they come up and they always keep you informed on how things are going and next steps 10 out of 10 experience working with this team
