Hank represents Gavnat in Texas handling residential and commercial property loss claims, working directly with contractors, HOAs, mitigation and restoration companies, and other industry professionals who encounter policyholders in need of advocacy. His role is to build trusted relationships in the field and step in when property owners face carrier delays, underpayment, or resistance after fire, water, or storm damage.

In his free time, Hank enjoys fishing trips, Texas Hold ‘Em nights, live music, and pizza and movie nights with the family – anything that slows life down and makes time feel rich.
