About Jason Perry

Jason Perry is a licensed Public Adjuster, construction professional, and U.S. Navy veteran with more than 18 years of experience in insurance claims, property restoration, and commercial loss consulting. He specializes in large, complex commercial property claims, catastrophic losses, and high-value insurance recoveries. Jason currently holds more than 20 public adjuster licenses across multiple states and continues to expand his licensing footprint nationwide. He is a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector, an IICRC Master Water Restorer, and has held a General Contractor’s License for more than a decade. His experience includes the evaluation, documentation, and negotiation of commercial property losses with a cumulative claim value exceeding $100 million, and he routinely manages large portfolios of complex claims with significant financial exposure.
